The Good Neighbour Brew Bar

Beautiful place for a family gathering. We have ordered many varieties from their menu. The food was tasty and the potions are good. The prices of the food are average. I have ordered their fish food platter. Everything was good except the tuna. I didn’t like the smell and the texture. They have their own brewed spirits in bottles you can buy.

Awesome spot for a meal and a drink. Good range of starters and mains at reasonable prices with some nice options for daily specials. Fantastic range of drinks, particularly if you want to try some of the good george ciders or gins, with the fun options of cocktails or freakshakes. Loved the setting and architecture of the building. Staff were friendly but could be a little more attentive as they were a bit slow at bringing out menus or asking if you wanted to order extras like drinks and desserts. Overall a fun cool place for a chill dinner and drinks, hope to return to check out some of the specials.

Booked for a group of 9. We really like coming here because of the dietary options. Our waitress for the evening (young, dark hair, glasses) was so lovely. When it can time for dessert a different waitress served us (Indian lady) I asked to order the raw slice from the vegan shake as a dessert as it is delicious and the other dessert options for dairy free did not appeal. Her response was incredibly rude saying I couldn’t do that because it was part of a dish and they can’t serve it and some story about it comes from the freezer. No offer to compromise. We ended up just ordering the drink for the slice. We also sent back the seasonal vege as these were poor quality. Everything else was great but this second waitress really needs to work on her service, or stick to working out the back. Thanks to the lovely young girl who served us most of the evening

Inside seating & outdoor seating, lovely to have a choice. Been here a few times & always enjoy it. Great menu, lots of choices in several categories & clear descriptions. Food is exquisite (best cooked steak!!), tastes top notch, plenty of it (even provide 'doggy bag' for leftovers) & best of all you're paying quite a reasonable price. Great atmosphere, friendly helpful staff & also wheelchair friendly. Booths for those that want them & normal tables to accommodate the size of your party. No hesitation in recommending, we will definitely be back!!!!

Dropped in for a light lunch of sides. We chose mac and cheese with extra sides of chips and onion rings. Hot and tasty on a Winter's day. We sat in a cosy booth seat and they also easily accommodated groups and families with younger children in the same space. Both the food and the coffee were great. Will be back to try the rest.
