First time I had tried Fill a Bowl, very clean large variety of salads etc to choose from, I was able to test the tofu mix which was helpful. Definitely recommend!

The good and selection itself was great. Tasted amazing. We had the beef iskenzer. The down side was the young lady's music was so loud, she was shouting at me questions, none of which I understood, being my first time.

Love this place. Super tasty fresh options to create your own. Great customer service, fast and friendly. Well priced for good portion sizes. My preferred go to quick lunch on a busy work day

Ordered through Uber Eats and wrote a note asking if they could check ingredients for a low FODMAP elimination diet. I ordered the satay bowl with chicken - they took out the red onion, shallots, and checked the satay sauce for me, found it had garlic and left it off (and wrote a note to let me know).
I hugely appreciate the effort they took to make sure it aligned with my diet restrictions. I can hardly ever eat out, and when I do, it's often a very pathetic meal - whereas this was delicious (I did add my own satay sauce at home) and I was able to be confident it wasn't going to make me really sick later.

First time at Fill a Bowl, Te Rapa. Friendly and helpful staff who explained everything. Absolutely beautiful Keto bowl. Fresh, tasty and a generous serving. Such a fantastic takeaway concept. Well done, I'll be back!
