Papa Johns Pizza

I frequency order pizza from this location. The taste is always consistent and I've never had an issue with service. The price is always reasonable especially given the quality. My personal favorite is the sausage and pepperoni but the cheese only is pretty good. I usually order online for in store pickup, They often have a coupon/deal available.

Called my order in for pick up, got it home and the pizza was totally wrong, ordered other things as well which were correct, call to complain. Without any hesitation the manager offered me a credit for my pizza. A few days later we called in our order for the credit on our pizza and they had remade our entire previous order for free. They were very apologetic and super nice! Mistakes happen everywhere, it’s how that business handles there mistake that makes them stand out as a good place to go. Papa Johns on Main Street in Hamilton went above and beyond to except there wrong and make it right. I was very impressed with them. A side note: the food was fresh and hot! Strongly recommend them for that pizza crave!!!

Tried to use the app to make an order while at Kroger (next door) and couldnt make the payment, (app issue). Walked down to the store while wife was paying at Kroger and placed our carry-out order...by the time we had our groceries loaded, pizzas were ready! Definitely stop here again, lightning fast service and order was spot on.

I go here about once a week and they always have my pizza ready on time. They are very friendly and helpful. Today the price of my pizza was messed up and before I could say anything the guy saw it in the computer and fixed it for me. I just want to say that the place is very clean and they have earned my repeat business.

Food is good, but they seem to frequently forget the extras that are ordered (garlic sauce, pepperocinis, special seasoning) and we don't feel right bothering them to have the delivery driver make a whole separate trip so usually just go without. I finally called yesterday to ask for a credit to our account for items that were forgotten again, and the girl was kind of rude. *Edit-4/6/16* I was contacted by the manager who is addressing the issue, and I appreciate their attentiveness. We will give them another try.
