My husband and I have been to many McDonald's in the state of Pennsylvania, and the location here on w26th Street is by far our BEST experience! The manager alone is why I chose to make a review. Soo many people complain about the service as slow, but they fail to realize how fast paced, and LAZY people are...and they all go through the double laned drive thru!! Because of that, it slows down the one on one service, but the manager at this location was doing her best to keep up. She was taking orders, giving out meals, running good out to cars and conversing with customers. She is the true definition of customer service. Because of her alone, I would continue to return!

Mcdoubles are smacking good but remember to enjoy moderately not to eat every day want to keep your vibration up so keep it to once a week or just for lunch. Have to take care of the body.

Employees rather rude, impolite, cold. Incorrect order, again. Meat tasted burnt, dried out. Asked for no pickles and received sandwiches with just cheese.

i don't dine in. love the fish filet sandwich and i all for no cheese and extra tartar sauce instead and get a great fish sandwich with the double tartar sauce.

It was busy but the burgers were overcooked and same with bacon. Cold frys. I know weekend but get it together

Our casheer was extremely kind and accommodating. Order was actually correct and food was hot. Only issue was I got a gristly crispy chicken sandwich which happens sometimes, it has nothing to do with that individual store or anything. This is my favorite McDonald's in Erie

I had my favorite breakfast items delivered. Each purchase was prepared flawlessly in sustainable packaging. The temperature of each edible was perfection like it was prepared in my kitchen!

Clean and somewhat fast pickup inside... I do wish customer service was a higher priority for McDonalds (or almost any food/retail establishment for that matter). Usually a lot of faces lacking smiles with no desire to simply ask customers,"Hello! How are you doing today?" prior to requesting their order... Always just straight to business.
I understand McDonalds isn't gonna go out of business, but friendliness goes a long way when it comes to customer retention and sales.... Oh well
