Longhorn Steakhouse

This is my 3rd Longhorn review and the 3rd location I've been to. My lady & I came here for a nice dinner out. This was a very busy place but the wait wasn't too bad. Service was great our server McKenzie was kind, caring, and check in with us countless times throughout our dinner. The food was great, I was very happy with my steak as well as the shrimp. My lady enjoyed her rack of ribs and fried onion appetizer. We will definitely be returning for another dinner here soon.

Never could complain, even half orders are huge. Food always tastefully done. Prices are reasonable. And I always can't wait to go back. My baby back ribs were so meaty and based on other resturantes I was so close to getting a full rack, but it was one of those days I wasn't that hungry. So I ordered a half rack it was half the size of my huge plate and I had taken half home meaty, full thick just fantastic loved it Sue got a rib eye with 10 rock shrimp. Mashed potatoes which are so tastefully and broccoli. About $35.00. Such a meal and a deal. Love that place

Service is always good and the appetizers are likewise excellent. Unfortunately the quality of the steak over the last year has dropped significantly. LongHorn Steakhouse has always been our go to when we want a good steak. Prime Rib was our favorite but they removed it from the menu. I have had the LongHorn steak on several occasions so was able to assure my wife it will be an adequate substitute. Unfortunately that hasn't been the case for our last 4 visits. My wife and I aren't the type to complain and in fairness we kept thinking things would get better but they simply haven't. You don't have to taste the steak to know that the quality of the cut has gone way down. Last night was our final straw. Another reviewer stated the steak tasted charred and I have to say that was what we have been experiencing. And last night the fillet part of the steak was just as tough as the rest of the steak. In fact, we didn't finish our steaks and didn't bother getting a to go box. Four visits...8 substandard steaks represents a trend...not an isolated incident. Disappointing. Anyway, we are now looking for another steakhouse going forward. Thanks for the memories...

They do a good job with both dine-in and take out. The food is solid. I'm not a big steak person, but those in my family who are really enjoy what they have to offer here. Our last server, Gianna, was excellent and very friendly. Sometimes things can get crazy when the check in is really busy, but that's bound to happen anywhere. The hosts do their best to keep things organized. Overall, I think that LongHorn is a fine choice.

I LOVE Longhorn. Maybe they were just really busy, but the steaks were not really seasoned well and did not have that crispy char. This is the first time at the Hamilton location. Usually go to the Brick, NJ one and they make your steak the exact same way EVERY time. Never disappointed there. But little disappointed in Hamilton. Food was good and service very good, friendly.
