Applebees Bar & Grill

We ordered pickup and received a text to let the restaurant know when we were outside. I did and no one came out for a few minutes. My husband went intlside, the person who was giving him the order couldn't find the order. After ordering a chicken tender platter getting the order and getting home my husband got a fried chicken breast cut into pieces.... I emailed them and still no response..

DISGUSTED in more ways than one (poor service and disgusting hygiene practices). I took my girlfriend for an early Mother’s Day dinner on Friday 5/5. The restaurant was dead and we were sat immediately at 8pm. A waiter in the bar section gave us a menu and told us we would be helped soon. After 15 minutes without even being greeted, I asked for their manager on duty, Diana. I explained what happened and pointed out that one of her servers had fingernails that were probably close to 2” inches long (YUCK…touching my food!). The manager tried to pay me off with the typical “I’d be happy to serve you and pick up the check.” No, thanks. I said I wanted to the corporate number and she handed me a business card for the GM, Michael Foster. Wow, I have a background in hospitality and I truly felt insulted. I went straight to Texas Road House and happily spent $100 there.

I ordered a shrimp tex mex bowl and they brought me a chicken bowl. I told the server it was wrong and instead of bringing the right thing she brought a bowl of shrimp to the table and charged $7 for it. Ridiculous. Also took a while to get service. Turns out the waiter for our section didn’t show up for work and it took them a while to figure it out.
