Dunkin'

This dunkin is horrible, I live very close to it so I’ve been there multiple times every time I go my ice coffee always taste old very bitter like the coffee was sitting out every night. Hash browns always soggy. Sad part is this Dunkin has been like this since it opened. I went yesterday and it was the last straw I ordered a Carmel craz latte that was watered down the espresso wasn’t fresh tasted like they had it brewed early in the morning and was sitting all day. Definitely the worst Dunkin On rt130 new management is definitely needed

There are several DD locations off of Route 130, but this is by far the best and the only one I go to now on my way to work. They've never messed up my order (either live or through the app) and have incredible customer service. If the line is long but I've ordered ahead with the app, occasionally one of the workers or even manager will come outside to my car to give me my order and speed up the line. Today they even packaged my two donuts in a 10 count-munchkins box so they don't get squished in my bag! I get greeted by name when I arrive, and everyone who works there is unfailingly friendly and polite. Love this place!

Inside closes at noon, but why?? Long wait at drive thru then the girl stood there in the window holding my bag while talking to an employee. She was not paying attention or not even aware that she was in the middle of a transaction with me. Very frustrating. Large cappuccino was ALL ice and water. What a rip-off. You work at Dunkin. Learn how to make coffee. Worst Dunkin ever! I never go to Starbucks but I left there looking for one because I still need some caffeine!

Horrible experience. The owner was sitting inside at a table by the window like a customer but all the doors were locked. Midday no reason to be drive through only and no signage until you got to the door itself. The woman who took the order over the drive through speaker was polite but the man who took the money and handed out the food had no business being in any consumer facing role. He was horribly rude and completely unaware of his demeanor. You can see from my other reviews that I like Dunkin and most coffee houses but this location is too be avoided.

Sometimes they are great with the order but, when they are busy they mess up a lot of peoples orders . I ordered a hot chocolate and they gave me a coffee with extra whole milk and extra sugar. Please double check that the drinks are correct before giving them out to people. I even asked the woman if they this was a hot chocolate and said yes. Clearly it wasn't ....
