First time there was awesome,then 2nd time

The service from Taco Bell was horrible. I doordashed food and THREE drinks, my drinks they forgot. My dasher's name was Anthony, and he was nice enough to turn around and go get our drinks. However, we tried to call the store, and we called well over 20 times, with no response. I also work in fast food & I've been a waitress, so I understand how rough it can be, but this was ridiculous. When our dasher got to Taco Bell to get our drinks they FORGOT, he said he had to knock on the glass to even get anyone to bring him drinks. Like I said, I really do understand, but seriously? I don't know what happened to Taco Bell, but I really hope they get things figured out.

if i could give zero stars i would. worst service/very rude person at the window. they got our order completely wrong which made the order like almost 10$ more than it should be. we had to ask for straws and were given no napkins. the food was cold and just terrible. i have to go to hamilton once every month and have been for nearly three years and i never stopped by this taco bell but the mexican pizza had came back so i wanted to see if it was as good as i remember but they were sold out?!?
i will never ever go by here again.

i completely wasted 30$ on garbage.
don't stop by here if you come through hamilton.

the service was absolutely terrible. they forgot our drinks, and completely dismissed the fact we called over 30 times to try and get our drinks. the doordasher we had was kind enough to go get our drinks. he also informed us that he had to bang on the glass to get anyone to get our drinks. we did get our drinks, but only because Anthony (the doordasher). i am a waitress, i work right next to taco bell, i did not expect these kind of ridiculous acts from them. i know working fast food, or in a restaurant is frustrating and stressful sometimes.. but this is absolutely ridiculous.

My girlfriend ordered a supreme soft taco no tomatoes and had to repeat her order 3 times. We got home and she had tomatoes on her taco.

They completely forgot about any of the drinks that we paid for and didn't pick up the phone after that. We called multiple times and no one answered. Very disappointing service

I have called 20 times on my way to have my order corrected before I got there and I’m in the drive through they put an automatic voice over saying they’re closed they don’t know me or my number worst service ever they did NOT tell me they were out of what I ordered and just gave me whatever they wanted to had to speak to a manager for a refund and the girl who’s supposed to be new didn’t inform me they no longer sell toasted cheddar chalupa’s she’s not new she’s been there months so I spent my $ at jacks … every time I have been to that Taco Bell I have to check my order please stop hiring lazy kids I’m glad I’m not allergic to anything glad they don’t work in the kitchen for the elderly

I did a door dash order . I sent the order in about 8:45 which gave them 45 minutes to get my 2 burritos done by 9:30 my break and these people still didn’t have the order finished after 2 1/2 hrs of me sending the order and half the time I eat there now they either short me half my food or it’s cold as if it’d been in a refrigerator I’m done with this place
