The lady at the window was super sweet and very friendly with me. What I found as unprofessional is when the manager took the time to reprimanded the employee ( at the window) about ringing something up wrong. You could tell the employee was embarrassed and extremely apologetic, obviously not her fault somebody during the training session didn't give her proper instructions on how to ring up certain items. There is a time and a place and you need to know that every employee responds differently to criticism on the job.

Stopped by for dipped cone. Old gentleman almost backed over me two times in the parking lot while I was letting the wife out.

The steak finger basket is a classic. I was looking forward to having it, and I wasn't disappointed. The cream gravy is delicious. The staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Service has gone way DOWN. I have eaten here twice in 2 days. Both times they messed up my order. Yesterday I ordered a milkshake. I never received it. Today wrong size fries. Good luck. Be sure to check your order.
