Good size supermarket that has Tu department and Argos within it.
No cafe at the moment.
Staff are lovely and there is trolley and basket self check outs.
Can be slow to refill popular shelves at busy times.

Love the app that allows you freely shop using the app on your phone, scan away , fire the qr code at the checkout , pay and sail out , might be a bit dearer overall , but hassle free pandemic shopping....

I like this store it has a good variety of produce here,and they have plenty of products on offer with a nectar card, the prices are very competitive compared with other shops.

I was badly let down by Sainsburys Food to Order, who failed to deliver items and offered awful customer service. On speaking to the Hamilton store, the management team were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help where they could, even though the problem hadn't been caused by their store. Such good customer service, it would encourage me to shop there more often and recommend the store to others. It's unusual these days to receive proper, helpful customer service that turns a bad experience into a nice one. Thank you

Hallelujah for Sainsburys. They were the only supermarket in Hamilton that had a stock of quark. The store is clean. The staff are friendly and the lovely clothes as you enter the store are very enticing. I bought some fruit and vegetables, as they looked lovely and fresh.

I can do my weekly shop in sainsbury's, staff are always on hand to help you find products, the layout of the store is excellent wouldn't shop anywhere else.
