Ordered my food online at noon the day of asking for it to be at my location at 6pm. I called at 6:05 pm asking where it was? The cashier lady was short with me and said it would be there shortly. I asked if the driver had left yet, she told me no. I asked her how long it would take and she hung up the phone on me.. Can't wait to order food from them again... NOT!!! This happened 10/07/21 at 6:05 pm.

I ordered a sandwhich with ham instead of turkey, no mayo, and no tomato. But it STILL had mayo, tomatoes AND turkey. 😡😡😡 I am enraged and baffled by this. Truly shocked. How could you mess up that badly? I'll have you know that you have insulted the Official Baroness of Sandwiches. I am revolted. Ugh. So unprofessional. I will be traveling back to Europe IMMEDIATELY. I will not be coming back.

Ordered a sandwich online which when it gets there shows the receipt with complete details on how to order a sandwich. It was a number 6 veggie that come with cucumbers by default(for a good reason) it got here and there was no cucumbers I order with no cheese so it was just a soggy mess. Called to see about getting fixed they didn't refund or remake. Told me to call next time so they can confirm what I want. THE RECEIPT HAS AND EXACT LIST OF WHAT TO PUT IN THE SANDWICH I'm not usually one to rant on a review but it's happenened multiple times.

We came in here to get the box combks and you can add a drink for a discounted price. And the manager here didnt knkw what I was talking about and wouldnt discount the drink. Then when i askes to sleak to the manager he said I AM THE MANAGER. I asked for a card so ai could contact the owner an he said sorry you can look online we dont have cards and he laughed. So rude. We wont be back!!!

So those of you who order from Jimmy John’s, this is the tuna sandwich I received from the Hammond store after waiting 45 minutes to receive it!! It may have had a tablespoon of tuna on the entire thing! When I called to complain I was told that she was the “acting” manager and the general manager told her to handle it. Then I was told there was nothing they could do about it! I paid almost $12 dollars for a drink, pickle and chips and this is what I got! So be ware of where you order from and the type of customer service you receive!! I will NEVER order from here again and I’d advise you not to either!!!

This is by far the worse experience. They need to have a no star rating on this forum. I had more bread on my sandwich than I had meat. My drink was hot with melted ice in the cup. I could of saved my money and went to the competition at least I would of gotten a much better sandwich. I will not recommend Jimmy Johns to anyone. Try at your own risk.
