With the service I had last week with the young night crew manager very dis grace and disrespectful 😭. It’s like every time someone come here at night or if I come here at time it’s all ways something, something need to be done with night crew manager.🙁 the morning person that’s always there needs be promoted up 😁 it’s always clean ,she’s respectful I never had an bad experience with her

The manager working tonight was extremely disrespectful and rude then flipped my brother off bc his ice cream fell out the trash can ( he picked it up too ) that was overflowing while she was doing nothing but sitting on her phone. When we called up there to talk to someone about it she wants to act like she didn’t do anything.

Horrible customer service! Husband purchased a cup of vanilla yogurt with heath and butterfinger toppings; over $9. The yogurt? tasted like ice. When my husband went back to address the issue the girl behind the counter told him he had already filled the cup so he would have to pay for it. After explaining he had ALREADY paid for it, she went to get another employee from the back. The second employee told him that he could get another, but he would have to pay for it. He threw the cup away and went to DQ. The first thing we saw in the DQ parking lot was a full Menchies cup. Tried to attach pic, but it is compressed. 😒
