Way to go crew of Friday 10/22 evening! The blizzards were INSIDE the cups, and the carrying tray was so helpful. The pumpkin blizzard even had a lid tasted like pumpkin!
Best experience here in a LONG time.
*FYI all of the lights outside were off so you looked like you were closed...

Food was delicious, prices are a bit high but that the same everywhere. Treats were as good as they have always been, but two burger combos and two treats $36 I 46é_/<remember when the dollar was worth at leasr a quarter. Too bad those days are gone.

This place is truly awful. The dining room is always closed resulting in a drive through line that wraps around the parking lot. It's one of the slowest drive throughs I have ever experienced. And it's consistently bad. As a food delivery service driver, I have gotten to the point where I have to refuse orders from this location. They have a designated spot where you are meant to park and call and they bring the order out. Half of the time they don't answer. When they do answer, you have to call again in 20 minutes because they never bring the order out. On the few occasions I have been able to go inside during those rare times the dining room is actually open, the employees seem to have no motivation whatsoever to do their jobs. They yell and curse at each other and mess around. No wonder orders take forever and the drive through moves at a snail's pace. This place is the WORST.

If you are not open on the inside to take orders, then put a sign on the door!!!!! Ordered Two for $5.00. Chili dog - COLD! French Fries COLD, COLD, COLD and very few in the box. They were not even busy. Ordered 3 butterscotch dilly bars, 3 chocolate dilly bars. Seemed to be the million dollar question if we were getting them for the "box price" instead of individual price. All young employees that really did not seem to care about much of anything. Drive through window - WOW! So filthy the employee could not see you or you see them. Filthy and so was the parking lot. Sad!!!!

Apparently this store doesn’t understand how unsanitary and disgusting it is to not provide lids for orders picked up by DoorDash. I received blizzards with no lids that were in someone else’s car. The next time I ordered from them, I specifically requested lids and my dasher was told they did not have any lids in the whole store. Then they quickly changed their story and claimed that they had lids for this specific order only. Aka if I hadn’t requested lids, I wouldn’t have gotten any. This should be bare minimum for preventing the spread of illness and such, especially during Covid/post-Covid times. This location is beyond sketchy and apparently trying to cut costs. I will likely report them.

The kid working the drive-through snatched money out of my hand after being questioned in the drive-through line that I called from to verify a 10 inch chocolate cake. I asked if he had handed one out in the last eight cars that were ahead of me and he said we don’t have it man. After it was already confirmed the cake was available. After paying and having my money snatched from my hands the cake was shoved into my car window. Requested Amanda Lee the managers number and received her card. She’ll be getting a call today

Literally the worst DQ we have visited. We have been there about 4 maybe 5 times and everytime something goes wrong, but the most frustrating part besides them making blizzards without adding barely any of the actual blizzard ingredients is that they are always closing earlier than their signs say. My husband went up the other night and arrived 8 minutes before 9pm...they close at 9pm. A lady was standing outside with a construction cone and told my husband they wouldn't take him because it would be after 9 when he got his order. My husband left and literally as he was leaving the lady let another car in line. I don't know if it was racism as my husband is Latino or if the other person argued more than my husband did, but just bad customer service.

I ordered online, thinking it would be faster because it was close to 8pm. I parked in the pick up spot, but noone came out with my order. So I waited, more cars left the drive up, more cars, more cars. So I decided to see if the doors were open, they were. As I waited at the counter, someone said the inside is not open for ordering, I said I made an online order and have been waiting 20 minutes. Okay, what did you order a peanut buster parfait and a hot fudge Sunday. There were four working, not a smile on any of them. I received my order and left. The fudge was cold on both items. I don't think I will be returning for awhile. Sadly a lot of people frequently stop here.
