My order was not fixed the way I asked for it to be. And I had to ask for extra mild sauce and the girl at the window acted as though I had asked for a knife to cut her throat. So I asked if that was a problem all she did was shake her head no was not pleased with my food or the service. Not all taco bells are this way but I am beginning to find more and more of them not that great. Sorry Taco Bell but you can do better than that

Waited literally 50 minutes for 6 tacos and 2 chalupas for a door dash delivery. Yet the drive through moved quickly. Im sure its because the drive through has a timer. So they could care less about people dining in. Most pathetic fast food experience ever. Employees moved with zero purpose. Id give this location negative 5 stars if i could.

Usually the best taco bell In hammond. Great manager I guess. Anyway today I go. Lady at fast food window shorts my change of the cash. Then asks for receipt and explanation. I then get home and see I'm eating a chicken quesidilla/ I asked for steak. Bad crew today.

I used to love this Taco Bell. That’s why they are getting two stars instead of one. I should give them one considering how twice this week I have paid for extra sides and still get skimped. And then they refuse to give me my chips with my supreme deal box. Twice in one week smh I might have to stop coming here and goto another one because I used to NEVER have problems here. EVER.

Advertise Mexican Pizza meal, but no pizza boxes, lady behind counter is very rude to a customer that was trying to figure out how to get refund from using app that says they sell Mexican Pizza. People being waited on because they know people cooking. And walk in customers being ignored. Sent two things back that were wrong. 30 minutes to get served and I had to place my own order using their mobile screen. This business has seriously gone down hill.

This is a nice peaceful out the way restaurant, with comical group that make your time here entertaining. The food taste the way it's supposed to taste and the store looks clean. I like this location because the dining room is larger than some of the newer stores. It feels like I can eat alone here without other people sitting right next to me. If you're in the area you should by this location and eat in dining room. Enjoy.
