Proceed at your own risk if you eat here! The food was absolutely disgusting! I paid $63 for my order And it definitely was not worth it at all! The chicken tasted old like it was re-fried in old grease and now my stomach hurts! The fish was overcooked and fried extra hard! Im so upset I wasted my money here! The cook does not know what hes doing cause I see a lot of similar complaints. As mine.. I wish I would have listened! Don't make the same mistake I did ! I definitely will be speaking to the manager about this ! If this is not resolved I will call food safety inspector and the department of health! There's no way I should be getting sick from eating their food! Be careful eating here! I included a picture so you could see how bad the chicken looks! The fish looked OK but it didn't taste OK because it was fried too hard The only thing that tasted good was the shrimp ! Everything else I had to throw out! Smh

I called my lady who informed me that she wanted some J.J.'s. I tell her to order and I'll pick up on my way home from work. She orders and it told 15 minutes. So I get there a few minutes early and wait for a few minutes before going in. I then go in and pay and they tell me it's gonna be a 15 minute wait. I tell her it was a call in and they tell me that don't drop it until we come in. So what's the point of calling in and being told 15 minutes with a ticket number? Very unprofessional. So instead of just paying and picking up food, I have to know wait for food that was supposed to be ready when I got there. I just don't get it. The come to neighborhoods and we patronize them. Service starts great until a few years into business and then they slack off on customer service. They lie to us and make us wait for food that should have been ready. I'll stick to Sharks. I would never recommend this location to anyone. What people need to do is stop patronizing this business and get some honest people who don't mislead customers. Too many other fish and chicken places to give our money too.

Man they disappointed me today. Took long with my order told me they were waiting on my fires while the rest of my order was sitting around getting cold. Waited about 15 minutes just for my fries. While I wait I hear other customers complaining about their wait and orders. Place looked all messy and dirty. Employees seemed really careless. This must be a new crew with 2 young ladies and a guy. The old crew was great never had any complaints. This makes me not want to come back. 😕

I ordered a Philly ! Nasty nasty nasty . The meat smelled funny and and it was very dry and weird tasting check your meats . Leave the sandwiches alone please . Also your cashier needs some customer service training. She comes off rude . This use to be one of my favorite restaurants, however customer service isn’t so great not the Quality of your food .also please workers keep your kids at home .

Just ordered in person the wing and perch combo fried hard and it was made to perfection. I ate some in the car prior to leaving just in case something wasn't right. I didn't want to risk making it all the way home and finding out there was a problem. Also, this is my first time trying this J&J establishment so I wanted to know what the food would be like freshly made and it did not disappoint. It was perfect! The breading was crisp and the fish well seasoned and fresh. Thanks guys as well for the excellent customer service. I felt welcomed and shared a brief conversation with the cook and cashier. It was over all a pleasant experience. Thank you!!
