Buffalo Wild Wings

I ordered to pick up a 10 PC boneless wings and they only gave me a 6pc. I tipped when I was paying now I regret tipping because they are too lazy to do the job and make sure the order is correct before they give it out. Smh will not be coming back to this location. Update * Gave this location another chance and once again they mess up my order. Waited over a hr for my order and didn't get what I ordered. Now I wait again smh i get my order again and still missing items. this place is ridiculous can't get anything right

I went here a couple weeks ago and it was fantastic. My most recent visit was not the greatest. It was busy so I definitely understand to an extent. The waitress rang in boneless wings and we ordered traditional, they fixed the issue quickly with no apology from the waitress. Also, I ordered a beer and she forgot to bring it, I waited about 15 min or so, again no apology. When we got the bill they never removed the boneless wings off the bill so both orders were on the check, so we had to wait again for her to fix the issue. The food was good though.

Everything was good. I had the street tacos and traditional wings. My friends and I were there watching the final four. This is our second year in a row watching it at this location. We enjoyed ourselves once again. Our only complaint was the wings were fried just a little hard. Other than that, nice place good atmosphere and a nice server.

This location is straight trash. The girl answering the phone was extremely rude. Hung up on me. Snarky attitude. The girl who handled getting our order ready was amazing though. Very helpful. Great customer service. Spotted the manager just aimlessly roaming so I stopped him to let him know what an amazing job she was doing… He made it perfectly clear I was completely inconveniencing him, he could careless what I had to say. We’ve tried several times over the past year to give it “another shot” but every time it’s worse and worse. Will drive out of our way to a location further away before stepping foot inside this one again.
