Burger King

I'll NEVER return to this burger king again! I ordered the #1 no ketchup, add cheese and bacon, three 2 for $6 whoopers ( 2 no onions, 2 no ketchup add mustard, 2 with everything and add cheese on all). Everything was wrong. I talked to the manager, who was kind in the beginning. He said keep the burgers and he'll redo the whole order. He did. They were still wrong and I didn't receive the #1. I explained this to him. I also told him I didn't want all those burgers, I just want the one corrected. He threw a bagged burger at me, still incorrect. He told me that he's not dealing with me and closed the window in my face. I asked for the corporate number, through the closed window. He said google it. I didn't move from the window. He yelled for me to move or he was going to call the police. I told him to call. The police came, asking me to move to the parking lot. The police was very kind and understanding to my plight. I received the corporate number but left with 13 burgers that noone could eat and $35 less in my pocket. 0 STARS to the burger king on Kennedy in Hammond, Ind.

I ordered a double cheeseburger with fries thinking I was about to get full but little did I know.... That DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER was about the size of my fist. I am VERY disappointed. It took them like 2-5 minutes to prepare my food so of course it wasn't fresh but I saw them make my fries (those were fresh). There is a very small amount of fries. I'd ordered medium fries and it looked like the same size of a small. I had to order a larger size for me and my mother. HOWEVER.... Staff was nice and kind, food was good (even though it was a small portion) place was clean.

I ordered through the app. I said “I was here”, in order for them to fill the order. I was suppose to pick it up inside and the door was locked. There were six cars in line! I waited for 25 min. When I got to the speaker and told them I had a mobile order that I was suppose to pick up inside, they told me they couldn’t find it. They finally found it and I got to the window waited some more m, finally got it and got it home we live around the corner from this restaurant and it was barely warm and the large fries I had ordered was probably more like a small fry being that the container was only half full. There was no apologies for the wait, or the confusion or anything! NO ONE tried to fix any of this. It’s ridiculous and i won’t be going back. If people knew better they wouldn’t either.

Went there to get a simple small meal for my work lunch. Whoever was in drive thru told me they were closed. Mind you that this business was supposed to close at 1am. This location might have lost my business for that reason. But on a larger scale I really think they are under paying their staff who in return don't want to stay and work. Burger King needs to really decide to shut down if they’re not gonna keep up with the times
