Gomez Tacos & Pizza

Ordered delivery tonight. The pizza was 1/2 trashed, like dumped over in the box and I was given the wrong food. So I caught the driver before he left, and he didn't know what order was which. So I'm sure he delivered the food I opened anyway, because he was headed there when he left me. Not too sanitary. Driver tells me i need to call the restaurant to get the right food. Then the restaurant takes over 2 hours to get us new food and didn't even replace the pizza, the new driver told me I would need to take the messed up pizza back to the restaurant if I wanted it replaced. Rude, inconsiderate, the food wasn't even worth the wait. The taco salad bowl was burned, the steak had a lot of gristle, the fries were undercooked. So not worth the trouble or wait. We used to be big customers there but this was the 3rd and final time it orders were messed up. We've tried to have patience, but we won't be back.

On several occasions when we have placed orders the girl who takes orders is extremely rude, rushes you off the phone before you are done with your order. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I highly recommend if you want to keep customers train the girl who takes orders and teach her what customer service is.

My last two orders have been horrible. Waited 2 hours for a delivery on the first one because the driver got lost and tonight ended my relationship. I ordered the steak fajitas dinner and the tortillas were missing. My husband ordered the taco salad and the bowl was burned and for this I paid $35. I'm done.
