Uncle Joe's Pizza & Parlour - The Hamptons Institution Since 1968

Someone just asked me where I would like to go to dinner for my birthday 10/21/23 and I replied Uncle Joe's in Hampton Bays! Only one problem...I live in Key West, FL. One half of this place is a pizza parlor but if you walk through the other half is a lovely, intimate restaurant...and if you love Italian food, it doesn't get much better than this!. Friendly staff, amazing food, breads and extras. Desserts and Cappucinos are not to be missed. Locally owned and just a great little place...go!

It was my first time coming here and I arrived around opening with my mom. Not only was everyone so attentive and nice, especially the owner himself who shared stories with us, but the pizza is incredibly delicious! Without a doubt, my favorite slice of pizza I’ve ever had. It’s so tasteful and fantastic, and I look forward to the next time I go back! 1000% recommend! A must!!

Uncle Joes is one of the best food experiences of my life! The Pizza is off the hook and the food is beyond delicious. And I mean everythin! Chicken,veal ,shirp, all awesome. I have gone many times and with my wife. One waitress in paticular takes such care of us I thought she was the owner! Her name is Jeanine. All in all from the food to the smiles and upbeat attitude makes us fall in love with Uncle Joes allover again. Go there you will not be dissaponted! ATTENTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Uncle Joes apparently has been sold. The new owners have raised the price through the roof!! I went in yesterday and the place was destroyed. The staff is quitting and the prices I was told for what I wanted was a 35% increase!!!! And our go to waitress is gone! All good things end. Uncle Joes is a memory now.

Place had very few customers when we arrived but our food took over 1/2 or more to come. Waitress was attentive giving us more bread etc. (which was delicious) I had eggplant rollatini with side of penne & it was a good size portion & very good. Definitely something going on in the kitchen for this type of food to take so long. Other tables seemed be getting their food. Wait was long but food was worth it.
