Pizza Hut / Wingstreet

I've never left a review on any platform for anywhere before. This place is serving some of the worst food I've ever had the displeasure of paying for. I love delivery pizza in all its forms & Pizza Hut is no exception. What I got here was a grease soaked, health-hazardously undercooked pie that tasted worse than the so-called pizza my high school cafeteria served. There was a large chunk of sausage in the middle of a cheese pizza (I'm a vegetarian). The breadsticks were almost charred. They had to be prompted to give me the dips I ordered. Everyone working here is in high school, so I cut them total slack. Whatever adults are in charge here need to fix things ASAP.

Pizza was good and the wait time was short, but I can't give 5 stars due to uninformed employees regarding available specials. I asked if there were any specials, and was informed there is a $10 large 3 topping. I asked for pepperoni, ham, and sausage... like a meat lovers. I did receive my 3 topping pizza, but when I went up to pay, the bill was $16. I said it was supposed to be only $10. The cashier said she couldn't get the $10 special and all she could do was discount $2, bringing the total to $14 instead. This would've been good information to know BEFORE putting the order in.

Well I live in Hardin mt and I orderd 16 boneless wings and 2 sides of fries....it was 21.98...no wing wed discount 3.49 fer soggy french fries and the wings barely had any sauce it's crazy shouldn't you get what you pay for .......is it that hard to do your job that you get paid for? Terrible I don't recommend anybody spending their hard-earned money on stuff that was so poorly made an awful tasting

Don't leave until you check your order. Got home with a wrong pizza. And no ranch- which I was charged for. No one at my house will eat wings without ranch. So more or less the entire experience was a waste of time and money. The girl at the window acted irritated that I was there to collect my order. These were the words exchanged "name" then she told me the total. Thats it. Handed me my change and before I could put my money down is shoving the pizza out the window. Didn't say anything else and was getting ready to shut the window until I offered her a tip. Then said thanks. Had I not offered a tip she would have handed me the pizza and shut the window. Nothing else! Have you ever wanted your money back AND your tip! LOL thats how I feel. Im wondering if this location has new management in the last few months as its drastically changed and not for the better!

I was on my lunch break..I came inside to order a pizza..it was 7 degrees outside...I was told about 20 minutes... I come back in 20 minutes and the lady who took my order asked me if she can help me...I said I just ordered a pizza from you, lol. I waited 10 more minutes and asked about my pizza....she checked and apologized to me saying my order was lost...hmmm 🤔 ..there was only one other person in the restaurant and a kitchen full of employees, LMAO Ok so she re-ordered my special pizza....I reminded her how I wanted it...20 minutes later pizza was ready and the exact opposite of what I ordered....I ordered light cheese with 3x extra sauce and I got no sauce and 3x extra cheese. I had to wait for a manager for 15 minutes as I just wanted a refund at that point and I was way past my lunch. Thank goodness I didn't order something complicated 😅 I won't be coming back here....I just dont have the time to wait....anyways that was my first and last experience here
