Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Very dirty restaurant. Husband & I were sitting in booth eating our ice cream. We were told we had to move to other side bc their closing this side up at 5pm. Confusing to us because it was only 2pm. It being a smaller restaurant to begin with. The side that she wasn’t closing only had maybe two tables which were taken. We ended up having to leave. Won’t be back

They are experiencing high turnover I'm sure. The banana split had no bananas...they were out, but I still got it. Whipped topping the day before was overloaded...today was the size of a fifty cent piece. Guess it balances out ???? Hopefully they fix there ordering issues fast...because it's been over a month now that this is going on.

Had a simple order while dining in. A loaded A.1 burger add lettuce and tomato, a flamethrower burger, 2 orders of cheese curds and a regular fry. Both burgers were wrong. The A.1 burger no lettus and tomato and frankly little effort in making the burger itself. The flamethrower burger was not even a flamethrower burger. So both burgers went back and they also forgot the fry. That's not all ordered 2 medium blizzards one of each of the royal blizzards. The new your cheese cake was only blended and made up the tops 2 inches of the blizzard. The ultimate choco brownie was worse. It came out showing vanilla icecream even though I am currently witnessing chocolate icecream being used. So all vanilla icecream and the filling was not the fudge filling it was just Hershey syrup. Not made properly at all and on top of that also blended to the first 2 inches the same as the royal cheesecake. All in all a poor experience. Sure food was ate but I wont be coming back because of this. The staff all seems to be highschool so I dont expect quality of work but cmon. The only thing right was 2 orders of cheese curds. If your looking for dairy queen how you know dairy queen Is dont come here. If your looking for some food that tastes like dairy queen and are layed back about if the stuff comes out wrong or not and missing items, this place isnt the wrong place I guess. On the upside theres a pizza hut and toco John's next door and truck parking for us 18 wheelers.

I asked for a root beer with my medium sized meal. Simple. Right. Right. But it wasn't. Nothing confusing about the word root beer. The girl gave me a root beer freeze. I never mentioned the word freeze, just root beer and I didn't want cheese on my burger, and I got cheese. I gave it back to them. Customer service was horrible, they don't listen to the order AT ALL!!!! And the burger sucked. It was dry, horribly dry. I will not go there again. Too many other good places to go.

The owner has been running DQ in Hardin smoothly for years. She is very accommodating and an awesome person. Got my food order wrong one time over the years and she let me know she'd compensate what was wrong. It's by far the cleanest fast food in Hardin. Great ice cream experience everytime for my girls and I. Thanks DQ staff keep it up!!

Last night on Wednesday 04/07/21. I got in the drive-thru at 835pm and when I finally got to the ordering post at 906pm, I was told "Sorry we took last order at 9pm". The person that told me that I wouldn't be able to order was rude. So I called today Thursday 04/08/21 and spoke with the General Manager "Pokey". She says to me I know it's and problem and I should do something about it. She stated she has had complaints on this before and has done nothing to fix the problem. This is a very poor way to run and national brand franchise. Image what this Dairy Queen would do in business if it ran well???
