I love Costa coffee, but the queue is always long, staff are slow and the tables are always full of used cups and plates and the tables are dirty.

It can get busy at times but the service is good, food and coffee also good, lovely atmosphere to have a catch up with friends and family.

i went to costa thinking today sucks so bad but then morgan served me and my life turned around, cried with happiness she was so lovely and kind, most helpful employee ever.

Very friendly staff. Conscience about the customers welfare. Always clean and the tables are quickly cleared and thoroughly cleaned too. Well done Water Garden Costa

Hidden away in Next this is a great find. Quiet with nice views out over The Water Gardens. Really friendly staff.

This Costa is placed within 'Next', for some reason....the coffee shop itself is a nice place to be.
Nice coffee, a bit overpriced and service hasn't met expectations hence losing a star.

Was a good place to sit and have I good chat with a friend. The hot chocolate wasn't very strong though so tasted a bit like milky water sadly.
