Papa Joe's Pizza And Subs

I’m not one to place reviews about places I have bad experiences at, but I was super disappointed about this. My girlfriend and I are frequent customers here and today our order was wrong. We called to let the staff know and overheard the background staff angrily comment that “we were wrong.” Well, here’s the proof. Our breadsticks were also cold; not cold from just transportation, but cold period. The Philly cheesesteak was alright however we didn’t realize that tomato sauce came on it (lived in Philly and tomato sauce on them isn’t a thing) so that’s on us and we apologized. All and all, we were refunded our $4 for the topping charge but we were left with disappointment since we love their food but this was their response to having made our pizza wrong.

Placed a phone order for my team at work for delivery. Original order was incorrect (size of portion was "family" not "individual" called back upon discovering our error. When I asked to change the order from "family size" to another option, the young lady said: "It's too late to change as we already put it in the oven." That is either the fastest prepared lasagne dinner in the world or I was being lied to. As a result I cancelled the order ($38 plus tip) and ordered from another resturant 2 blocks from my place of business. My team refuses to order from Papa Joes ever again because of her attitude. Darn shame. We have placed many an order at my business in the past and the food is excellent. It's a shame that the customer service isn't equal.

I ordered the lasagna dinner it came with A side salad which I asked if it could be a Cesar salad and bread...... it was very good I think the sauce for the lasagna was a bit sweet for me but none the less the meal was good ooh my son got an Italian Stromboli as well he ate it before I could take the pic said it was delicious
