My Taste Of India

I’m a trucker from Texas. First time coming to this restaurant. I highly recommend it to everyone. Very delicious food and very attentive customer service. Clean restrooms I had the butter chicken and garlic naan the first visit. Week later I’m in the area and had the lamb curry with a chick peas on side and garlic naan. The soft drink Thums Up very crisp and delicious. Reminds me of my Mexican Coca Cola.

Heads up when ordering take out, the dishes do not come with rice or bread so don't forget to order does separately! This was a group order of about $150 or more so was suprised to get the soups🍲 with no RICE. Called the resturant and the guy explained so the group knows to order rice next time. Did not get the Mango yogurt i ordered but this was refunded. Everyone in the group said they enjoyed thier meal except the need to go borrow rice... I on the other hand would say.... Gave a 4 🌟 because group enjoyed it. Hopefully they can add to their menu to remind customers to buy 🍚 separately.

They must use superior quality ingredients or something because as I try different Indian restaurants around the country no one, and I mean no one, makes butter chicken like they do. It is so delicious that I know I should try other dishes, but I simply can’t help myself. It’s clear the owners take pride in their food. One thing I notice is the chicken is always delicate and tasty. Some places skimp on the chicken quality and let the sauce cover it up. Not this place. Please keep doing this!! 10/10 highly recommend the butter chicken with garlic naan!

Counter had the Tata lorry (truck) for it's decor. Food was hot and very good quality, but needed to be spicier. Loved the masala chai. The location is next to a gas station so need to look for it. Love their motifs. Also found the Bitcoin ATM. Their spicy can be a little bit more. It seemed more sweet me (as some sugar was added). That was the drawback, and a bit pricier. (similar items are cheaper and more quantity in other places.)

I didn’t get to try the Naan (I honestly didn’t know it was a separate order my fault ) but i can tell you that I have no doubt it’s perfect based on the food I enjoyed here today! I ordered the shrimp curry mild - if you don’t eat allot of spicy food but you like spice it’s perfect, the shrimp were cooked well and the taste was authentic and full bodied. The rice was so good cooked perfectly as well. The Lassie was on the thick side (a slightly wider straw would have fixed this) and personally I’m not into SWEET things but I wouldn’t have minded it a little sweeter but it was very good I would get everything again . Friendly people inside and overall great experience my mouth is watering writing this I’ll be back soon - great price for great, authentic cooking
