Arooga's

Was on lunch break and was looking for a different place to try that was close to the Federal court house. So I stopped in here it was my first time visit. Was able to sit outside to enjoy the weather. Was seated promptly and the waitress took the order, food arrived in a timely manner. Food was presented nicely, decent portions and tasted very good. The service and waitress was great. Enjoyed the meal and would return if I'm back in the area. Keep up the good customer service and work

To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. We walked in and we're greeted right away and seated. Waking to the table we saw amazing huge pretzels being delivered to the tables and could not wait to order one. The server greeted us right away and asked what we wanted to drink. We ordered two drinks and the huge 🥨. The drinks were deliver right away and were delicious but we were taking our time drinking them because we wanted to enjoy with the pretzel. After about 45 minutes the server came and apologized for how long it was taking. I advised that we did not want out pretzel and dinner served at the same time. We wereI not in a hurry so the time was not a big deal. was told that would not happen. She was right. We ordered clam chowder and a rib and wing combo. The chowder and the ribs were delivered to the table but not the wings or the pretzel. . At this point I did not want the pretzel anymore. I told the waitress that we hadn't got out wings yet. The ribs and the chowder were delicious. The wings were very small and cold. I asked to speak to a manager. I didn't get a manager but a team lead. I told them how disappointed I was. She apologized and said they would remove the pretzel off the bill. Thanks for removing the pretzel that I never received. No discount or anything. I really want to go back and try the pretzel but I don't think I will. The worst experience I have had in a restaurant in a long time.

This spot has a very diverse menu and it is a spacious area for inside and outside dining alike. The servers were friendly and very informative about the menu. We enjoyed the tray nachoes paired with the huge BLT with tomato basil soup. We really enjoyed our dining experience here and thanks for the super easy location from our area to yours. Highly recommend to all!

I walked up to the door, I was greeted by the bouncer. He recommended the ribs and I was not disappointed. They were the best ribs I have ever had along side the mango habanero wings. Both were amazing. The employees were amazing as well. Very friendly. I loved my experience here. I came here for food for me and my wife who is in the hospital after having a baby. She also loved the ribs. 10 out of 10 I recommend trying this place. It's awesome

This place is just awful. Said I would never eat there again 2 years ago and I am so mad at myself for going back. Service and food took forever. Buffalo pretzel had no chicken to it and the seafood nachos had 4 shrimp and old bay and that was the only seafood about it. Waitress brought an adult glass for our 2 year old child and he spilled it in 5 minutes all over himself. Then the sneaky waitress didn't bring an itemized bill. Well I wasn't born yesterday and knew I was being over charged. Well there was a crab pretzel put on our bill that we didn't get and charging 3.50 per soda is terrible. 😒
