City Line Diner

Good food. Good service. Good Prices. My wife and I ate lunch here while traveling and we were seated right away. The service was fast and the food was good. Prices were friendly. The owners care about this place. We talked to one of them and they were cleaning themselves which is always good to see. We will go back!

I eat here often, many times for a breakfast or to get a quick bite to eat, and I stopped in to get some dinner this evening. JoJo was my server, I ordered the Haddock with Macaroni and Cheese with stewed tomatoes. My dinner was excellent! I enjoyed 3 generous pieces of haddock, the Macaroni and Cheese was baked i with an abundance of cheese, and the stewed tomatoes were excellent. I got a piece of cheesecake (to go). I commend JoJo for her excellence! She is very friendly, very pleasant, she made certain my dining experience was the best.... and it was the best. The staff is top notch, the best around. The owner of the restaurant is great, very personable, and manages a fine restaurant. I give the New City Line Diner 5 stars! ☆☆☆☆☆ Thank you!

The food was good, but service was a little slow but I get it, it was sunday at noon and everywhere is struggling to get wait staff. I went to pay and the guy at the register didn't ask if I wanted to tip on my card so I had to scramble to get cash to tip my waitress. Only place I've ever been that doesn't automatically give a tip line on a receipt. I recommend it but bring cash or ask to leave a tip if you use card.
