Golden Chopstick

I have given this place several chances. The food, more often than not, is pretty good. They offer a very extensive assortment of Thai, Japanese, and Chinese dishes. I have been disappointed a couple of times though. A couple of years ago, I went in to pick up some sushi. One of the chefs was sleeping on the floor behind the sushi counter. Tonight, I ordered delivery, which took almost 2 hours. My wife found 2 small black pieces of ceramic in her sushi. It looks like it could have been from a broken dish. Food is good, prices are a little above average, and the service is random.

Food was amazing! Took only minutes to get our order. They were very nice and friendly people. The shrimp in the sweet and sour shrimp were huge! I have had crab Rangoon many other places, none even come close to what I had here. Very big, filled with crab meat. Delicious. We will definitely be back!

After calling 7 other Thai and Chinese restaurants in the area whose hours online didn’t match their current business hours we were blessed with this unassuming little mom and pop Chinese food take out location. They actually have 3 menus of cultural food to choose from and their price and portions are fair. We loved the Spicy Tofu dish and the Mei Fun. We appreciate that they are staying open as long as their pre-Covid hours state and are working so hard to feed the public. Felt good to support them with our business. And judging by all the cars and take out order traffic it is paying off.

Ive never had a problem before but yesterday my normal order ( i order the same thing 2 times a month) was absolutely terrible. Then i called to let them know the food did not taste like normal. The lady screamed at me in Chinese, told me that she didnt have time for me, and hung up on me 5 times. I demanded a refund and she told me id have to contact qmenu for the refund. I contacted qmenu just for them to tell me id have to ask Golden Chopsticks for the refund. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE!!!! Im never going to eat here or order their food again.
