Hibachi Grill & Buffet

So we went to Hershey Park and we’re just FAMISHED after a long enjoyable day of walking and riding. We just knew that the standard “Meat between the buns” was just not going to cut it for our 3 hour trek down south towards the deeps of Virginia. We decided to enter the gates of this hidden gem. Don’t know what the deal is…but this are seems to have the most exquisite Chinese cuisine, and Hibachi more than delivers on it’s promise to “tickle your taste buds”. The food overall was amazing…sushi was spot on and the jello was not bad if I do say so myself. The lady whom attended to all our needs was just an amazing addition to our wonderful dining experience and just a great capstone to an amazing day. HIGHLY recommend this place.

good place to eat overall. has a wide variety of food, most of which is good but some dishes were a little bland for Asian cuisine. I expected many things to be spicier but since its a buffet that must cater to all I understand. the sushi is great and has a lot of vegetarian options. the servers are great and come by often for drink refills. the bathroom was pretty dirty though.

Positive: Selection great, appearance was clean and well organized. The host was extremely friendly and very cordial. He made you feel welcome. The entire environment was welcoming. I'd recommend and return. Negative: The woman who stalked us with the bill/check after she asked if we were done and we clearly were not said no. We understand sime limits and all. We get it. But we'd only been there 45 min and she was too aggressive to get us to pay for some reason? Maybe we reminded her of some past guest. This was our first visit! She literally cornered us at the table to settle our bill while we saw others leisurely walking to the register to pay. I expressed my annoyance to her and insisted she stop harassing us. I wanted to escalate to management she was so annoying but my guest asked i let it go. Big negative for me!

If I could give less than one star I would. The food was flavorless and customer service barely existent...  There was food on and under our table so to say it was dirty is an understatement... but what made things even worse was the guy at the front desk (who was supposed to be the manager).  Since some restaurants split tips, I inquired as to whether or not our waitress would get the exact tip, and his very arrogant reply was,, "Do you think we don't pay our workers?" Then I tried to clarify my question and he persisted to say, "the tip is there pay!" Still very arrogant and still never really answering my question... I said is this the way you treat customers asking a simple question? He then brushed me off waving his hand as if to say "get out!" (This was after I had just paid an $90 bill for me and my family). I travel to Harrisburg weekly,  and frequent many restaurants in the area and can honestly say that this was my worst experience at a restaurant in Harrisburg, EVER!  Don't bother to go here.
