Chuck E. Cheese

It was a great family time. We were celebrating birthday fun which happened to be on a Wednesday which has all you can play hour for discount. We had a BLAST! The staff were very sociable with us. The greeter ended up complimenting both my ex and I on our appearance outta left field. We'll probably return, but it's going to be a while. Typical arcade games you would expect. Plus a few I've never seen anywhere before.

I will start with the good and say it was a clean environment and the pizza was good. But we were disappointed in the customer service. Upon arriving we didn’t know what we wanted as we hadn’t been there in a long time and there was different options the person was clearly annoyed with us and showed it. Then we were told by an employee as well as a sign that Chuck e would be out on the 30 well he never came out. I asked them hey will be be out so he came out once again clearly annoyed my son was so excited he screamed Chuck e and waved hi and Chuck e literally ignored my child and kept walking it was really sad. My son was so excited for the Chuck e magic and after meeting Chuck e we just left even with credits left on our card because meeting Chuck e was not a fun experience my child was ready to go after feeling rejected.

We went for a birthday celebration for our daughter who turned 9 years old. We were told by the General Manager Justin that the oven was "broken" for 1.5 hours. During the time of our visit we saw multiple people receive food from the back, such as pizza, wings, and other assorted hot items. While on the way to the bathroom, we observed pizzas coming out of the "broken" oven. After noticing the food coming out, another member of our party asked again about ordering food, and Justin said the oven was broken for 45 minutes. We asked a fellow customer when they ordered their food that came out and they ordered their food shortly before our arrival. It turns out the General Manager Justin straight up lied to us. Horrible way to do business. Needs addressed ASAP.
