Dunkin'

Gave order at drive through,they only half listened to what we ordered; one was a medium iced with mocha, cream, and liquid sugar that was ordered; the other was a medium iced toasted white mocha latte. What we got was an iced coffee with no sugar and a watered-down no flavor latte. Plus the girl at the window had ZERO customer service. We went to another dunkin to get it fixed. Will be giving second dunkin 5 stars for proper customer service and fixing our drinks.

Clean store in a convenient location. Full menu of your favorite flavors of donuts, pastries and coffee. Also has a display freezer with a selection of Baskin Robbins ice cream and specialty ice cream cakes. Offers in store pick-up and drive-thru pick-up. Boxes of freshly brewed coffee are great for larger office functions and events!

One of the blending machines was malfunctioning. I was slightly annoyed by one of the girls behind the counter. She was very dramatic and obnoxious, acting goofy, and having a whole cafeteria conversation with the other employees about a broken machine. There was no apology for the inconvenience. I heard one of them say "No more giving out strawberry banana smoothies" when I was waiting on mine to be finished. I will never come back to this location ever again. Sundays are usually busy and donuts be sold out. I'm only giving this Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins a 2-star because the smoothies were good.

So we stopped at this location after my wife had her 2nd of 3 minor medical procedures. As with my review of the lackluster experience at the Jonestown Rd location, I ordered a large coffee and large hot chocolate. This location was out of our way but I was not going back to the Jonestown Rd location. This location the young lady who took my order was very pleasant and attentive. She took my order quickly and efficiently. Both of my beverages were in hand shortly after pocketing my wallet. Both beverages were hot as I would expect them to be. My wife even commented she could notice the temperature of her beverage was much better than the Jonestown Rd location. My only quibble is exciting their parking lot really sucks. Not an easy out to a traffic light. That aside, go to this location. Service was top notch.

So every Monday, and Tuesday on my days off myself or my boyfriend go to dunkin and for months now I've had to ask at the window if they could make sure there is one cream, and there are times we get an attitude which is something you don't do in customer service seeing how ice worked customer service for over 10years. With thar being said we are never rude to them even when being cut of, but im am absolutely fed up with this service. I like my coffee are the darker side, and today my boyfriend goes asks for to have one cream they cut him off saying we got you then I end up with my coffee have 3 creams. At this point I will never go back to this after repeatedly being treated like that

We stopped here through the drive thru to get a simple glazed donut. Upon finding out that they were out of those kind,we decided to go inside to see what other choices were available. To our surprise, there were only a few donut holes and a few muffins.....I remember when Dunkin Donuts was a great place for donuts. I don't know where you can go to get a fresh donut anymore.
