Subway

Normally friendly service during the day but the evening staff seemed to be more interested in hanging with their group of visiting friends rather than working. Team member stated they were out of multiple items, however with the behavior shown, makes you wonder if they just didn’t want to make subs? Won’t be back.

Don't waste your time and money at this location. 1 mile away on mountain road, at least they understand customer service.. the manager was the only 1 there and is very rude and has no business working with custoners.. only 3 tables were labeled unavailable, but our order was bagged up and we were advised we were not allowed to dine in, due to staffing. When looking at the receipt, I compared to app, and my sub was almost $2 more. HE DOES NOT ACCEPT THE MAIL COUPONS, this is the only location that hasn't so far, out of the 4 different ones I have been to. Chose take out below due to no being allowed to sit and eat

The guy working there was extremely rude, I don't go to Subway often, and I don't know the Subway lingual. I asked for a 12 inch, and the guy started berating me that it's actually called a footlong. I didn't understand his accent, which is fine, so I asked my friend for help, which he took personally and started berating me for it too.

Ordered from this location on Uber because it was the closest to my fathers home and I was visiting him. I knew out of most subways Jonestown was the worst and they didn’t disappoint. Bread wasn’t fresh and it seemed they forgot to put a scoop of tuna in my sandwich because it was mostly bread. The cookies weren’t fresh either. It’s a shame I just had subway in Philly airport and it was amazing. Ie I know the difference. The Uber came on time with all items included so there’s that (for the positive)
