Pizza Hut

Ordered pizza at 251pm didn't get it till 5pm. Only a few miles away. Doesn't help when you call the store and they close at 4pm. By far the worst experience I've had. So many pizza huts near where I was I think any of them could have been more efficient on getting a hot pizza delivered. Complete shitshow of an experience

The 3 topping large pizzas were delicious. I ordered a thin and crispy and a hand tossed. The ingredients were so fresh and the thin and crispy had such a great texture. I ordered double breadsticks crispy outside with a soft chewy inside. I was thoroughly pleased with our order. Thank you Michael. Michael

This location is pick up and delivery only. I got some coupons for free pizza after a bad delivery experience, so I went to use them and, while the reps weren't initially sure what to do with them, they were helpful and didn't make things difficult. They put the food in and it came out perfectly maybe 15 minutes later. Significantly better experience compared to delivery. If you're willing to pick the food up yourself, I highly recommend this store. Order delivery with caution. The food didn't take any longer than they said it would, but it wasn't remotely warm by the time it got to my place. YMMV. Will definitely return for carry out though.

I placed an online order today at 1:23pm. The new manager came out and said it would take about 10minutes. Well, that 10minutes turned into an hour. I didn’t complain because she was new and working alone. However, after realizing I’d been waiting over an hour, I walked in to request a refund if my order wasn’t done. This young white guy, driving a blue Chevy Malibu was extremely dismissive. After ignoring me, he decided to ask for my last name, which I gave him. Turns out, my food was sitting there the entire time, DONE. He didn’t offer not one apology, as if it was my fault. Poor customer service. The manager, came out to my car and offered the sincerest apology. She’s the only reason I didn’t get too upset but that guy, could benefit from some thorough customer service training. My food was barely warm but it was still good, nonetheless. Work with your people, Pizza Hut!

I usually only order pizza from local shops but decided to give Pizza Hut a try and like I assumed, I was disappointed. I ordered for delivery 6 garlic parmesan wings but only received 5. The wings were just thrown together, sloppily. Tried the Beyond Meat Sausage Pizza, the sausage itself tasted great (I'm a fan of beyond meat) however the the crust of the pizza was undercooked; This always seemed to be the issue in the past whenever I ordered too. I will not be ordering from this location or probably any other. Oh and my mom said that the wings were better at Little Caesars, go figure...waste of money!
