Burger King

Renewed space with a kid's playground is nice. All seating surfaces hard, perhaps to discourage long stays. The crew is quite new, and they haven't learned how to operate with efficiency or greet with proper manners. Some customer facing crews still need a lot of handholding. I'll give the benefit of the doubt, perhaps given enough training time, this new crew will be great. Recent discount offerings are attractive, so I say, check them out.

I love this burger King so much. Food is always correct 100 percent of the time. Staff always friendly no matter what time or what day I go to this location it's always a 5/5 star rating and I enjoy talking to the closing manager who's mostly there the nights I I at night. Great guy great personality and friendly ! 🤜🤙

The incompetence at this location is astounding. Whenever I order from Burger King at a drive thru, I always order my burgers a particular way because I don’t like tomato or Mayo. Without fail they are wrong every time at this location. They just renovated and the new is the same as the old… wow. I order two delivery orders from this location recently both were incorrect. Ordered both the Whoppers the same way with no Mayo and no tomatoes. One came plain and the other came with Mayo and tomatoes. Utter incompetence.

Went here at 11:30am on Saturday for lunch with my 2 kids. They just rebuilt the place and have a play place inside. When we walked in we stood at the counter waiting to order for about 5 minutes being ignored, only to finally be told they were open for take out only and the dining area was closed. I am very confused as to why they spent the time rebuilding this BK and the play place if we are not allowed to dine inside…..so we went down the street and a nice lunch inside at McDonald’s.

I will drive past this burger king and go to one that's father because this one has always been so bad. I thought I'd give it another shot today since they redid the place and it was again terrible. I waited 25mins in the drive through with only one car ahead of me only to be given half my order and it took me another five minutes to try and wave someone back to the window. Idk what these people are doing in there but they're definitely not working. Always been like that.

Two stars for two reasons. One: You guys never open your lobby and force your customers to go through the drive-thru, which is a huge turn off since I don't have a car myself, and I don't feel comfortable to stand next to the drive-thru to order food. Two: Last night, I wanted to do some Uber Eats deliveries on foot, since that's the only way I can do them at the moment. When I came to pick it up, you guys almost declined me because I "needed a car to pick up orders" Oh my bad, I guess the option for on-foot deliveries was just in my head I suppose. Idiots.
