Pizza Hut

This is BY FAR my favorite Pizza Hut in a 50 mile radius. The general manager there is way cool and I swear he never leaves. He runs that place like it’s a well oiled machine. I am so spoiled with this location. They never get anything wrong and the quality is always bussin bussin! They even give me a side of sauce no charge- I swear my kids drink that shiz. Staff is always super friendly and drivers always friendly too. You guys all deserve hands up cause y’all rock! Pictures of my fatty mcfat line up for my depressed self while I binge Chicago fire. But Look at that pasta! Covered in sauce !!

First of all, I never write reviews and this is my first ever negative one. I ordered a dinner box. Delivery time said 25 - 35 minutes. An hour went by and I called, they said they received the order and it was on the way. After an hour and a half I called again and they said they would reach out to the driver but I never heard anything back. When it was over 2 hours, my kids and I are so hungry at this point, and still no pizza so I called for a third time. I didn’t even ask about the pizza, I wanted a refund and they gave me one. Still waiting for the refund to go into my account though so we will see. A quick dinner turned into our family not eating until after 8 o’clock. Highly disappointed.

Since they closed the dining room permanently, the quality has dropped. One of their younger pizza makers had an attitude of not wanting to be there. The pizza he made me was disgusting. No response from management tells me they don't care.I suggest ordering at the store and babysitting the pizza maker to be sure you receive a quality product

Order a unique pizza. Get something that's just uncommon enough that they need to make it fresh. If you order a plain pepperoni pizza, cheese pizza, etc., there's a very good chance that you'll get an old pizza that they made in advance and had on standby. Had this happen, and both pizzas had either been in a warmer or under a heat lamp for so long that by the time I got them, they were DRY. Dry pizza, guys. Was like a rock by the end of the night. Ordered again and got a more customized pizza, and it was perfect. Just save yourselves the headache and get a different sauce, uncommon combination of toppings, just something that'll force them to make it on the spot.

This Pizza Hut is still doing a great job. Tonight we ordered one of their specials ..large 3 topping pizza with thin crust.. The last 2 times we ordered their hand tossed. This type of crust so far is my favorite. Crispy hot and pizza loaded with toppings.We had it half eaten before I remembered to take a picture! Was it delivered quickly...yes. Was it hot....yes. Was it exactly what you would expect....yes. This Pizza Hut has gotten pizza right!

I responded to the email sent to me asking how much meal was. We don’t eat out a lot- it’s a special luxury for us. The stuffed crust pizza was thin, mushy, and barley cooked. I was hoping someone would reach out to me with just an apology but, of course, that didn’t happen. For the high price that this pizza costs (it was requested by my kids) I expected much better pizza. Really disappointed all around. Won’t be ordering from there again.
