Wendy's

I stopped in for lunch today, and I got met with the best customer service that I have ever had in a fast food drive through. Not only was my order completed promptly and accurately, but I got to meet Denis, who is a complete embodiment of customer service. Denis delivered food and a smile. His positive attitude isn’t often seen in customer service nowadays, and I hope it is recognized by his employer. I look forward to going back.

I came here and tried to order 60 spicy nuggets for the rest of the road trip that I was on. Originally the person who took our order rang my fiancé and I up for 6 spicy nuggets. We tried to politely correct her and let her know that we had in fact ordered 60 and she told us she had rang us up correctly in the rudest way possible. So when we got to the pay window we once again reminded her that we ordered 60 spicy nuggets so she huffed and walked away screaming that we had changed our order at the window from 6 to 60 which was wrong she just hadn’t listened. They then had us pull forward where we waited for about 15 minutes and they then brought us out 60 regular nuggets which wasn’t what we ordered. Such a waste of our time and money.

Terrible customer service, girl asked me “is that all?” Every single time I said an item, and whether it was her or the cooks, ended up giving me a burger that had everything I didn’t ask for and nothing I did want on it. I doubt the management cares enough to read their hundreds of one star reviews, but here’s an idea to minimize them: train your employees to be nice to customers! I understand they’re getting paid minimum wage but even after she was rude to me I was nothing but polite, and she still made it seem like I was bothering her by ordering food. Go to the Wendy’s on UD or Progress avenue, have never had such an annoying interaction at either of them.

The food is fine, but the management and customer service is terrible. I ordered on the app, chose the drive thru pickup option, waited in line, only to then be told I have to park and walk in the store. Reason? Because “my food wasn’t even made yet, and there are other cars behind you.” No apology. What???!! How is *anyone’s* order made before they even pull up to the drive through? This is terrible service and a horrible policy. Literally EVERY OTHER fast food restaurant starts your mobile order when you pull up to the drive through without any confusion.

Sister and I went for lunch. Ordered through the drive thru. We placed our first item and when they asked if we were done we said no. The worker proceeded to give us an attitude throughout the rest of the order. Upon arriving at the window she was nothing but rude and then they messed our order up to begin with. When we told them we had missing items they told us we didnt order it and would have to be charged for it. We also asked for some extra sauce and was greeted by a rude manager as well. The staff members that were in contact with us were down right rude. And we tried to stay polite and respectful. They were not even busy at the time. Will not be coming back to this particular spot anytime soon

I'm disabled and they wanted me to come in for a prepaid order when I came thru for it. I told them I couldn't as I am disabled. They then shoved the bag in my hand and quickly shut the window practically slamming it on me. Then my other son decided he wanted something I did on app as carside. When the employee came out she yelled at me that I needed to put in what my car looked like, which I did as it doesn't let you go beyond that point while doing it. And I was the only car there even if it didn't tell them. I'm not going back to this Wendy's. I'll go out of my way to go to the one on Union Deposit Road as they are always pleasant and I always get what I asked for.
