Dunkin'

The coffee here as of late has been...eh. I had an iced coffee a few weeks ago and it was very good. Yesterday had a regular hot coffee and it was pretty weak and tasted kind of like old grounds or the bottom of the pot. I had a hot coffee before also and it was not very good. Didn't taste like dunkin. Stagf was very friendly though.

This Dunkin’ has probably been my worst experience at Dunkin’ ever. While ordering inside the restaurant, I was able to overhear the female manager quite literally talking bad about other employees in front of all of the paying customers. In addition to this, when I asked her to remake my coffee, she gave me attitude and slammed my cup down on the counter. This entire experience was so incredibly unprofessional, and Dunkin’ needs to rethink who they allow to manage their restaurants.

I DoorDashed from this Dunkin Donuts, not only did they not give me the correct donut, but they don’t SEAL the drinks you’ve ordered. The only things that were somewhat sealed were an easy to peel off sticker on my sandwich and donut. My drink was basically free game. So my DoorDasher could’ve spit in my drink, or drank from it, put the lid back on and handed it to me. They also didn’t give me a straw. Don’t DoorDash or UberEats from this business. They don’t take preventive measures to protect customers from third party food tampering.

Sadly, the 2nd time I've had a not so fantastic experience. Starting with the last, 8 minutes from order to donut. Asked for 2 dozen premium assortment and received the boring. The 1st was this same location canceled my delivery order because they "didn't have enough staff". Not really an excuse to not make $$. But ok.

It was 6:45 pm all the lights were off. I went around the drive-thru TWICE and wasn’t helped. I could clearly see there were people inside and vehicles/customers being helped at the window. Not once did any of the two employees say we will be right with you. Horrible customer service very dissatisfied and disappointed. This isn’t my first bad experience here. I get the “short staffed”. But there is still something called good customer service even when being short staffed. Acknowledge your customer!!!
