Domino's Pizza

Verbatim my fiancée last night said “This is the best Domino's I have ever eaten”. I highly recommend those who want their food faster to order for pick up. I know Domino's is typically very busy especially later on in the evening, but you can get your food much more quickly this way. Will absolutely be ordering from the Linglestown Domino's in the future 👍🏼

This is literally the best pizza ever! This particular location (dominos Linglestown)....oh my gosh! I literally just went to make juice and came back with an empty cup, lol. That's how good the pizza is! I just called to let them know. The manager, Peter, knows how to cook! I go to this location often. Everyone is super friendly and the pizza is always good. You can't beat that!

My girlfriend ordered two pizzas from this Domino's location. She tracked the delivery and when it showed "delivered" there was no pizza. So she called and they said they would send out another. Same thing, "delivered", no pizza. She even went outside and walked along the other apartment doors to see if they had just delivered to the wrong one. Nope, I don't think these pizzas were ever even made. Clearly the group working at this Domino's likes to steal from the people who order there. Will not be ordering from them again.

I called this store and was on hold for 15minutes, the time it took me to drive to the store. Ounce I arrived I hung up the phone and watched the guy at the counter stare at the computer screen and the phone that he had laying on the counter on hold. Out of the three guys in the store no one made an attempt to pick up or address the phone. If you guys are so understaffed maybe consider raising your wages so you could actually hire enough people or shortening your hours of operation because clearly your people can not keep up and are to the point that they do not care.

Placed a order online told me a specific time, arrived 10 min after my time showed up asked for my order said not ready yet it was about to go in, I explained my pick up time the guy was like we are busy but my order was going in. So as we sat there our other food we had ordered from another place got cold. I was not the only unhappy person in there that day

4.5 stars is more accurate but have to round it up or down, so going up. Past problems have been not with the location but with challenges to place orders on-line (that's a corporate thing). This location has been generous in efforts to allay frustrations of on-line ordering and being put on long holds for phone orders, with price adjustments when picking up pizzas.

We had been ordering from this place for years, and recently had 2 significant bad experiences and will not return. Today we ordered at 1:55pm, called at around 2:55pm when it wasnt marked out for delivery and spoke with Desirey, who said it would be here shortly. Around 3:55 its marked delivered, we have since given up hope and called Santos, ordered some Italian subs, picked them up, brought them home and have about finished eating. At 4:10, the pizza gets here. It is lukewarm warm, and the sauce is cold and beginning to crust. This is the second time we have had this happen, last time I ordered at 7:22pm and by 9:30pm I was calling for the 3rd time, also speaking with Desirey, to ask I asked if they could just cancel the order as it had been marked cooked for over an hour, make me a fresh one, and I would come pick it up, and the girl on the phone hung up on me. We only gave a 2nd chance because we had been using them for so long.
