Whats up with this locations drink machine always being down and not working for several months or at least every time I go. I ordered 4 finger platter with fries. The fries were undercooked, some of it was burnt, the bread on one side was buttered but not toasted and the other side was not toasted and had no butter, it was also stale. I couldn’t eat the food I just threw it all away. Noticed this once I got home. I live downtown charlotte, so i didnt want to drive all the way back 30 min away. I want a refund. This is unacceptable. For them to serve people this I should call the the city of charlotte!

Pretty good experience at this Zaxby's. The line moved relatively quick and the employee at the window was super friendly. Ordered the Zaxby's sandwich and it was delicious. I appreciated how the sandwich and fries came in their own packaging and a brown paper bag instead of the plastic bag. I didn't get a zax sauce with my meal, it seems that it was forgotten. The sanitation rating was decent (95). Heads up that additional sauces are .25 cents each.

We swung by the drive thru for lunch today and placed our order. For me, the boneless wings meal. My husband asked for the wings and things. The cashier asked boneless or bone in. Our total came to $20. They handed us our food and told us to have a good day and quickly shut the window. We pulled into a parking spot to eat our lunch just to find out they charged us for a $10 wings and things but left out the chicken tenders COMPLETELY. We made sure we were not charged for two boneless wings meals, but come to find out, they intentionally gave him a boneless wings meal, but charged him the price of a wings and things upon examining our receipt. My husband went back inside to get what we paid for and they told him it was a wait on chicken strips. Say no more. Basically, they knew what we ordered. Took our money for it. Put half of his order in the bag hoping we'd get home before we'd notice because they had ran out of the chicken strips. Good thing we checked because that would have cheated us out of $3 that they didn't blink twice before taking from us.

Waited in line for 30 minutes just for them to give me undone boneless chicken. I’ll never go back. This place should be closed down! The supervisor Darrell did not care. He was soooooo unapologetic and asked did I want a refund?

On my amazing girlie road trip my cousin wanted to stop there and the food was not worth our wait. Chicken was so bland. Manager apologized for the long wait, (they are short staffed.) But that was cool she acknowledged us, having to wait. My cousin thought the chicken would have this amazing batter that was to die for, but was quickly informed the chicken is already frozen and just dropped into grease. All in all it was different but I still was enjoying myself and family.

Haven't been to this location in awhile. But it was fantastic. Chantell took our drive thru order and was the most pleasant kindest drive thru worker we ever met. I don't remember her name but the girl with the nose ring who had the prettiest smile gave us our food and was so sweet. Made sure we had everything. And the food was perfect.

Ordered at 4:36 PM and got my food at 5:13 PM. Had to ask for my order twice before they even started making it. At that point I might as well go sit down at an actual restaurant…probably would have still gotten my food faster.
Then when I thought it couldn’t get worse they made my grilled cobb zalad as a fried zalad so I had to take it back to the counter. What a truly awful experience wasting 45 minutes of my Saturday. At the end of the experience I ended up getting a refund and no zalad. Don’t make the same mistakes I did!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Zaxbys. The woman at the drive thru window had a huge attitude when I asked for sauces and she then told me it was her second day of working there. When she finally decided to get the sauces, she grabbed the receipt, napkins, sauces AND my debit card and tossed all of it into the food bag and forcefully gave it back to me through the window. Won’t be returning to this location.
