Domino's Pizza

Great Customer service, great friendly staff, very clean spot. 🌟🌟🌟🍕🍕🍕🧑‍🍳🧑‍🍳🧑‍🍳 The thing that made me give this rating of 3 stars is the amount of toppings on the pizza, it was very little compared to other stores that i ordered the same pizza from. 😢😢😢📉📉📉😶😶😶 Looking forward for this store getting better which i am pretty sure they will. 💪💪💪📈📈📈

Messed up one of the pizzas I ordered and refused to replace it, only wanted to credit me for the sauce that was missing off the top of the pizza. This place has gone down hill, this is not the first time they have gotten an order incorrect, but this is the first time they refused to fix it. This is supposed to be topped with buffalo sauce.

I just brought home what has to be the worst pizza and cinnamon knots I’ve ever had. If gas prices weren’t so high, I would have taken it back. Both products appeared to have been sitting there for hours-the cheese was dry and crispy, and the crust was dried out. Now I know how the order was able to be completed in 15 min. I never write bad reviews, send food back, or complain. But this was truly that bad.

The Harrisburg, NC (Schoolhouse Commons) location is always great. They are fast, they always get our order correct and the staff is really nice when we pick up our order. As soon as I walk in I see how hard everyone is working. We order from them every week so we are regulars and see their work. Good job, guys!! Thanks!

Pizza and wings were cold by the time they arrived. If the tracker app times are correct, my food sat in the store for 26 minutes after being cooked and before leaving for delivery. i’m guessing that explains the cold food. Based on all the other 1 star reviews, problems are common at this location. Other times i’ve had problems, it’s always a free pizza next time. If you get paid, my order should be done correctly and warm and if not, the compensation shouldn’t be a free pizza “next time” that’s probably going to be burned, cold, or wrong. Not eating their again. 🤢

Ordered pizza and notts and cheese sauce for pick-up. When we got home the cheese sauce was over-cooked (burned) so 2/3 wasn't able to be eaten. When I called the manager said it had been done to corporate specification. No apologies, and if I wanted more cheese, next time order more cheese. There won't be a next time, and if this site would allow negative stars this would be negative 5.
