Burger King

Every single time I go through the drive thru, they never get my order right. I now have to check my food before I leave and go inside and tell them they didn’t give me my food. I stopped going for a while. I won’t be giving my service anymore. Everything I order is on my receipt and they still can’t get it right. When you walk inside to have your order fixed they just stare at you and talk back and forth to each other instead of acknowledging their customers.

Normally I would not give Burger King a bad review but tonight we was in line for 10+ minutes waiting to order plus begin the 3rd car in line. Finally left and went to Wendy's across the road, in and out in 10 minutes. Burger King has great food but their drive-thru in Harrisburg Illinois sucked. The wait to order is horrible.

Every time I go through here in the Drive-Thru, there's always an issue with my order. It's either there's no straws, the drinks or watered down or the tea is so sugary you can't drink it. Additionally the food is always lukewarm to cold. The fries or hash browns are always freezing, hard. There's either no napkins in the bag or way too many. You would think with the price that the food costs now which is completely asinine, and how much these workers are being paid you would think there would be a little bit more care and concern. But I guess that's what you get when you hire a bunch of teeny bopping children. This place definitely has some quality control and lack of proper guidance and management issues that need to be addressed immediately.
