2nd Time Visiting Carlton St McDonald's.
I thought I owed Them a Better Review. So, I stopped for a Light Lunch and Ordered 6 Chicken Nuggets ~ They were were crispy and Warm. There is a Spanish Lady there who is the Nicest Manager and I can't even Begin to say How Nice She is EveryTime I see her She smiles.
Hurray for McDonald's for hiring her!!!
She is Extremely KIND.
My Fries today ... We're awful I threw them away. Very limp. I don't understand when the person at Drive-thru puts the fries into the bag and if she notices NOT Being Suitable to Eat, WHY would She put them in the Bag? WHY not put down Fresh ones and ask me to wait? I wasn't going to wait in line again for 20 minutes to ask for New fries.

My kids enjoyed their food but a few staff members were rude. I personally don't care to eat at any McDonald's because of past treatment and bad food experiences. (And getting attitude from the workers when the order isn't correct)

This location is always my favorite one to go to. Fries are always cooked to perfection and salty, the tea is always the best at this location too. No complaints other than long drive thru lines sometimes.

This is a wonderful McDonald's it's customer services exceptional and they have the best things you can ever imagine on the menu for you to enjoy quickly when you would like to satisfy your hunger. This is definitely the place to go if you're looking for some of that type of satisfaction quickly to get some delicious food in your belly come down here and make it happen because I'll tell you what this is one of those places that you want to be.

Went here last night and the girl didn't want to do the window so waiting in frive thru while this girl is refusing to do her job but the manager made her, finally she gives me my cold food. Super slow service and rude people in late evenings. Mornings the employees are extremely polite.

Nice place, normally quiet, but today there are a lot of little tykes running around, falling, knocking supplies down, but I don't mind. As long as they don't make me clean it up as a customer, why should I care?

Ordered curbside ahead of time. Got there and waited 10 minutes as the entire drive thru got their food, including people who got there after me. Finally just left.

Got our order wrong, we went back through the line and the order was still given to us incorrect. On screen the order was listed correctly but it was not bagged and given correctly.
