Domino's Pizza

The pizza is good. The wait was terrible, and it's not even like you can wait in the store. I recently ordered pizza from the Farmington Avenue branch of Domino's. This is not my favorite corner of the neighborhood because there are always so many people just hanging around and buzzing about the place. But I felt for pizza sort coming from a long walk. When I ordered my pizza I was told that my pizza would be ready in 5 to 20 minutes, I turned up half an hour later thinking that would be enough time. My total wait time was 54 minutes. I don't think I'll do that again.

This was what I got served I’m trying to upload the vid of the conversation with the so called manager second time I’ve had an encounter with burnt pizza the first time the kids got into it this time I didn’t eat any of it and the manager was so rude even wen I decided to order another one this guy said no he’s not taking my order is this what dominoes has come to ur employees on Farmington needs to b changed especially the supervision

Would give no stars if I could. Horrible location. Rude as heck. They need to quit if they don't like serving the population they are serving. I ordered a pizza online. It went to the wrong address about y mins from. My home. The driver refused to deliver once I told him he was at the 0wrong place. No problem, I wanted to make sure I did not get charged so I called the store. The man who answered the phone was rudeness personified. Did not respond when I was speaking then hung up in my ear. I called back to get his name as j wanted to make sure I knew who I spoke to in case of any issues. He yelled at me "I DONT WANT TO TALK TO YOU, IM BUSY".I told him I am calling for because I have a concern and he should be more professional. In typical Jndian fashion, he continued to be rude and hung up agzin.. Had I known who were making those pizzas I would not have ordered. I will never order pizza from Domino's again. And I better get my refund or I'm calling corporate. I'm a Retired Veteran and save your hate for yourself. This is the wrong job for you if you think you Don't Have to deal appropriately with customers. J always got my delivery from. Ghe Bloomfield Domino's, the food is subpar there also but the staff is less rude and the get out of their cars because they are not prejudice.

If I could give them a 0 I would. They offer carside delivery but do not actually do it. I ordered specifically because of the carside delivery since I was with my 1yr old and there are always addicts in the area. Since I ordered and already paid, I had no choice but to get out. The food is just passable. If I am desperate and order from this location again, I will not pay ahead of time. If you aren’t going to come outside, don’t offer the carside service 🤷🏽‍♀️

I ordered pizza and wings and the chicken was uncooked and caused me to have food poising I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here and I called to resolve the issue and the manager was rude and nasty and not helpful . This place is clearly nasty & unprofessional me and my little daughter got food poising from here I ordered food march 18 around 4:50pm it wasn’t until me and my baby woke up this morning which is march 19th we wasn’t feeling good my daughter has excessive Diarrhea and I’ve been throwing up all day can’t even keep water down and they did nothing about it. Cooperate will be hearing about this because this place needs to be closed and all employees including the manager need to be fired !!

Always ordered from here never had a problem with them. Today I ordered a small pizza I ate one slice and then bit into my second and noticed I had a hair in it. Thought it was mine until I seen it was going through the whole pizza. Went there and they was laughing in my face like it was a joke. Im telling them im pregnant and they just want laugh at me for going off on them.

Best Domino's location in Hartford, CT! Order from them weekly, or daily never messed up any of my orders great staff and good polite employees! Online ordering is the best option you can pick what you want ( P.S Check every item and add sauces before checking out saying bad things about missing sauces is kind of childish! it's not Domino's fault if they forgot sauces or items we all make mistake never hurts to ask next time u order ) 5-Stars Keep up the good work and keep making your food delicious!

The pizzas are ok most of the times. You can tell when they are busy from when they are slow based on the outcome of your pizza, hence the ok. They would have gotten a 4 if the place wasn't so visibly dirty. Looking at even the glass area they serve your food through makes you regret ordering in the first place. If the visitor area is nasty what's going on in the areas we can't see.
