Went there half hour ago ordered a large kabab the heavy bald guy handed me a kabab to which the cook most of told him in he's language it's not large and he's cutting more meat because it was a shifty exchange (so weird) then he just said your kabab is ready i even asked is this a large kabab? he said yes, I opened it when I got home it was smaller then small to make it worse it was cold and hard I tossed it which is probably why the cook wanted to do a fresh one, but the heavy bald one is a bad stain on the business

I had worst experience in the start when I first used their website for order. But now they have improved it so much they also giving discount on lot of good deals on website. It’s perhaps the best halal pizza in Hatfield. And Turkish staff makes sure you get fresh meat in pizza ❤️

I did leave a bad review in the past ? Since then nothing but 5* service and the best kebabs in Hatfield. I always give a second chance as we all make mistakes . I have had about 10 kebabs since and from my bad experience and can say they have sorted it all :) Love them , please let the staff know they are doing a great job

Very good customer service. The owner and people who work there are very friendly and generous. I ordered dine-in with a friend and he made the pizza exactly how we like and had lots of sauces! I ordered twice for delivery and I got my pizza within 20 minutes and it was hot and lovely. Highly recommend them 🙏🏻

I've been going to this place for almost 11 years and I can honestly say that this is the best place ever, they start off with a friendly greeting and always make their food to high quality standards, definitely recommend.

I ordered a mixed kebab. The chicken was well marinated and cooked on a traditional Mangal oven over charcoal. The chicken was soft and tender not dry. The portion of Lamb donner was big and the chilli sauce was home made. The salad was fresh and tasty. The pitta bread was a little over done, although I quite like it that way! My daughter had a pizza which she loved. It was covered with cheese and cooked well. My other daughter had chicken nuggets. Pretty standard but they were crisp and not over cooked. The chips were crisp and portions were good. Service was very quick and the staff are friendly. All in all a good experience.
