Favorite Chicken & Ribs Hatfield

couldn’t be more thankful for this place, i made a mistake of putting the wrong delivery address and once i called asking for updates on my order and was told they attempted delivery i explained my situation and was apologetic, they could’ve simply ignored me and not bothered coming to my actual address but they did ! they were really kind and understanding and after this situation it wont be happening again lol. very amazing service thank you so much !! five stars all around <3

I love ordering from this place, it's food is delicious and generally hot when it arrives, the lack of my 5 star is because the past couple times they've taken over double the time to deliver and the food has been well like warm at best, I understand December can be busy but for a business that can't really be an excuse especially when whoever is awnsering the phone is just lieing then hanging up before you can point out what's not right. These last couple (4) times iv had issues hasn't put me off ordering from these guys because the food is good and busy is busy but I hope to receive the service I got a few months ago over what I'm getting now.

So far so good!Ive been here on about three occasions , it comes quite handy when im feeling abit of tasty chicken.It is literally 2 mins walk from Asda, and i like shopping there when im short of goods.INevertheless, i love the chicken fillet burgers,and the hot wings are popular.I wonder why! because its delicious , at one time i nearly bit my fingers.Customer service is easily communicable , and you can tell theyre are hardworking.

I have a favourite chicken shop 1.2miles away but the owner doesn't want to sell chilli sauce, hence I order from these guys Who are 4.8miles away..... Sometimes I even drive over to get my food, always super friendly, and end up laughing while these guys have their own banter going on. Very humble guys, I wish them the best, don't know names but they're always smiling about something ... they give bigger than req portions of chips, and food is always on point.

This is a fried chicken shop, and a great one at that. Have ordered countless times from this place. Never disappointed. If you want greasy fried chicken this is the place to go in Hatfield. Great value for money. Also relative to all other local restaurants that deliver. This place is the most reliably fast service. Top tip- Get the Jalapeño cheese balls added. Drinks wise I’d suggest the Miranda Orange. Chicken wise get the 3 piece combo meal 👌

The food here is very tasty and 10/10 In general. The portion they give you is simply amazing, especially when you compare it to other chicken shops. The price of the food is very cheap which is remarkable and you get 10% off if you're a student. The staff are very friendly and polite. Been going regularly to Favourites for about 3 years now, and havnt had any complaints or problems with it since. I would 100% deffinatly reccomend going to this shop if your in hatfield.
