Attention all Chicken Scarpariello lovers out there, If you love this dish like I do and you haven't had it at Steve's piccola bussola in Hauppauge....... THEN SOMETHING REALLY WRONG IS GOING ON HERE! I'm telling you people that sauce will make you do crazy things! After I finished the chicken I started dipping Italian bread after that I moved on to my kids leftover macaroni and put the sauce on that. Eventually I ran out of stuff at the dinner table and ran to the pantry and found some crackers! If you wanna live like a Rockstar do what I do order off the bone white meat and if you wanna walk on the wild side order campagnola style comes on the bone added sausage peppers onions mushrooms & potatoes and remember you have the option to do off bone! Either way you will be very happy! If you don't know now you know!!!
