Nice shop! There are always goods on the shelves, they are filled on time. Everything is fresh. The staff tells you what is where. Sometimes the floor is dirty due to spilled liquid

Sometimes looks like the stock levels are low but that’s hardly the end of the world. Nice place, good staff, dreadful Starbucks cafe! Why can’t supermarkets use the cafe to showcase their food offering, perhaps even sell their ready meals, do themed menus etc? Starbucks are just painful to watch. The simple act of making a cup of coffee being turned into a science isn’t my idea of fun.

Only 4 stars because very little is perfect - myself included! Stock levels are very good and staff are courteous and knowledgeable. C&C was very useful in lockdown

Phoned the travel money department of the store, spoke to a real person! Placed an order, no fuss no bother Happy days, Great experience

It's a Sainsbury's, I'm not blown away but it has everything, was well stocked and the queues seemed to be managed well.
I visited the in-store Argos and was pleased with the service, it was quick and the lady that served me was super nice.
Only niggle was that, try as I might, I couldn't find the biscuits!!
