I just got pickup on a Friday at 830pm. Large cheese and mozzarella sticks. The pizza feels like I'm eating crumbling plastic. It's just gross. The cheese is overcooked and it turned it into this sauce cocoon of bland gooey red stuff... The mozzarella sticks are 3/4 empty and are harder than rocks to bite into them.
Absolute waste of $30. And my Friday night dinner.

I ordered a med rare house steak tip sub, it was charred well done with pieces of onion that were huge, minimal dressing and feta. Tips had NO flavor. I have ordered this sub multiple times and it was A+, today was D-.

Helped me out feed me and my girlfriend. We were short on change and they still made us more than satisfied. Lady behind the counter really took care of us! 5/5! Can not thank the employees enough!

Just called the owner cause i was there on Saturday about 7:20 pm waited for about 15 minutes before getting my pizza and really small fries and cold the owner said he couldn’t do anything about it,,sad been going to them for 8years guess I’m out looking for a better place more respect for customers

Get the Junior Roast beef 3 Way. This is real roast beef not Arby's cardboard meat. 3-way is mayo, cheese and BBQ sauce. You have to try it. I'm told it's a New England thing. Its almost as good as Southern BBQ, but I'm biased because I live in the South. BUT it is REALLY good!!! The onion ring are also fresh not frozen. Yum!!!

Giovannis in Haverhill, Ma is definitely one of my top 5 food joints I order for delivery. They always make sure my Onions and Mushrooms are Cooked extra well done, and they deliver my food, in time to make sure I have a warm
Grilled Chicken pocket and an appetizer. My absolute favorite appetizer is definitely the fried ravioli, but unfortunately my girlfriend has banned me from eating those at this point. Something about watching my health. 😏. Overall they take take care of their customers and that's all that matters!u

This place has changed exponentially!!! Complete trash the last 4 times I've ordered it. It is my final time ordering. I gave the more than enough opportunities to give me the food I once knew from there!
