Brothers Pizza & Fried Chicken

To all the readers. I work for Uber eats, I went to pick up the order at this place it was a big order already in a bag, and the order also had a 2L drink with it as well and it wasn’t in the bag already so I asked one of the person for a plastic bag, and the owner/manager told me to get out and treated me as if I didn’t even knew English. The exact wording were- “go go go from here, no bag, get out”. I was so shocked for a moment that why would someone would treat me like this over a plastic bag. What was my fault ? All I asked for a plastic bag. I’ve been delivering for doordash, Ubereats, Grubhub and I go to several restaurants in a day, never had any complaints or regrets. But this was my worst experience ever. I have to go to buildings and all I asked for a plastic bag because I had to carry that order to 4th floor. I don’t know about food, but food also comes with the good service. No wonder why he gets worse reviews, maybe he treats his customer the same way. I won’t recommend this place to anyone. I mean if you’re having a good day and wants to ruin your day, certainly go there to ruin it. Worst service ever.

Their chicken pizza was recommended by a friend, and boy was I glad I tried it. The cheese was high quality; the toppings and sauce were great. Their fried chicken was done to perfection, crispy outside and juicy on the inside. Overall a very clean place and the owner is very attentive and welcoming. Will definitely come again!!!

I actually did not go into the restaurant, I was working on a RV in the parking lot. But I can say the client bought a couple of pizza's and I had a couple of slices. Tasted great in my book. I'm not familiar with Haverhill at all. Went here because it was convenient and the ratings were ok. Let me tell you....take the chance and GO! Just got a pizza and corn chowder and they're both delicious! I'll be back every 2 weeks when I have my meetings in the area. Fast service too! Thanks Brothers Pizza!

Foods decent but owner seems like he needs an attitude adjustment. I walk in to pick up my food and he’s staring me down no hi hello or anything. I was wearing my mask (and wear it everywhere I am asked to for that matter) unlike the comment below suggests. Definitely not coming back here. Steve’s is better anyway.

Use to love Pizza and subs for here. Don't know if it changed hands but it is the worse pizza I have ever had. Pizza was cold and very dry. They almost closed before I picked up, website says it closes at 10pm showed up at 9pm and they were getting ready to walk out the door, eve though we already paid for it. they never called to see if we were coming

Just moved to the area, and Brothers Pizza seems to have some of the best pizza around. It's become my go-to place for pick-up/delivery. Fried chicken (boneless and bone-in) items are also really well prepared. The staff is always friendly and the location is conveniently off of I-495. Highly recommended to anyone looking for some good food fast.
