Ordered through mobile app and it took literally 20 minutes & I walked in. And in my last 2 orders I ordered a caramel latte and the 1st time I got coffee with caramel syrup and the 2nd time I got a cup of only steamed milk. I said something to Manager cuz seriously these drinks are $4.20 each & was told this is a training store and it shows 💯. So if you don't want your order to be completely wrong go to another Dunkin.

They do their best they are usually short staffed. I usually get a sandwich with no egg and frequently it's on it. Always friendly.

I have a food allergy made staff aware they still made my food wrong. Had a horrible attitude when I asked them to remake. Still didn't listen and made my food wrong. I feel like they just took my money and didn't care if my food was even edible. Horrible horrible horrible service. And unfortunately no one from Dunkin Donuts even cares. I don't think I'll ever go to another DD ever!

For the amount of traffic thislkcation gets its unbelievable how quickly the line moves. Great service always get the order correct.

Orders are always wrong, bad quality, bad costumer servers, coolatta’s are always watered down, donuts are bad, stuffed mini bagels comes frozen, hair in food, disgusting!

Surprisingly, one of the best places around to get a chai latte. Don't know who does them, but whoever it is, keep it up my dude.

Why bother having a mobile app if every single time your order is NOT READY EVER. This really is the only Dunkin that never ever has your order ready. I use a different Dunkin on my way to work 915 S. Main st , Haverhill, MA and it is a much busier store & it is always ready. I thought the Mobil app was for this reason..to have your order ready. I place my order a one mile drive away and there is always a lot of traffic so it's a slow mile to get there. And still never ready.
