Gabriel at the drive thru was the best experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. This is Thursday 6/23 please give this man a raise and have him train your drive thru employees. Man is a legend.

Great customer service gabriel is a sweet drive thru employee he handles the buns with care, all my food was in its place my nuggets were krisp and he handled me with love and respect!😇💙🥰

Order online, went to pickup like I have done in the past. Online order flow doesn't work well at this location. I got the wrong order and had to drive back around. Issue was resolved quickly. They just need a better system for picking up orders already ready to go and paid. Food was good all and all.

Wanted to try the new breakfast sandwich but they gave me a biscuit wrapped in foil instead . No meat no egg no cheese just a plain biscuit .

Every wendys in mass needs to either get rid of the frosty machines or teach employees how to use it. I always have my heart broken after work wanting 1 and can never get one

Automatic one star rating for not having the dining room open/bathrooms available. This is a huge annoyance for people who work on the road. And do not give me that labor shortage bs. It does not take extra staff to simply allow people inside to use the bathroom.

This was my first visit to this location and I have no complaints about the food. I didn't like the way the parking lot is set up. I wanted to get drive through and eat in the parking lot. Since I was waiting on an appointment. But I wasn't able to get back in the parking lot without pulling out into two lanes of traffic just to enter into the next driveway. Would be okay if the traffic wasn't so bad. Instead I turned right and made my way to Walgreens, I believe. And ate there.
